    Sales Manager

    Work Experience: 3 years or more, Educational

    Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Computer Science and Technology, or related fields.

    Job Description:

    (1) Formulate and implement business development plans according to the company's marketing objectives, completing sales tasks and goals.
    (2) Responsible for the sales of watch straps and buckles, developing new customer resources.
    (3) Analyze potential customers' products, target markets, and competitors to develop effective marketing proposals.
    (4) Communicate with potential and newly developed customers, promptly understand customer needs, grasp customer status, and maintain good customer relationships.
    (5) Coordinate with senior personnel and on-site operators of newly developed customers for negotiation, contact, collection, and other matters.
    (6) Manage the sales team, establish, supplement, develop, and train the sales force to ensure the efficient operation of the sales team.

    Technician/Engineer

    Work Experience: 3 years or more, Educational

    Requirements: Associate degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.

    Job Description:

    (1) Responsible for formulating and optimizing the production process of watch straps to ensure improvements in product quality and production efficiency.
    (2) Solve technical problems during production, provide technical support and guidance.
    (3) Participate in the research and development and design of new products, follow up on the trial production process, and propose improvement suggestions.
    (4) Maintain and service production equipment to ensure its normal operation.
    (5) Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

  • IPQC (Process Inspection)

    Work experience: 1 year or above Educational requirements: college degree or above, computer related major is preferred;

    Job Description:

    1. Responsible for the inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, the inspection of returned products, and the timely issuance of inspection results;

    2. Responsible for the preparation of procedures for the production and processing technology of new products;

    3. Responsible for the tracking and coordination of internal quality unqualified products;

    4. Responsible for the analysis and inspection of nonconforming products, and supervise the processing process of nonconforming products;

    5. Responsible for monitoring and inspecting the quality in the production process, regularly reporting to relevant departments, and reporting to leaders and relevant departments in a timely manner if there is an abnormal situation;

    6. Responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of instruments and equipment;

    7. Responsible for process quality records, analyze and process the information and data obtained through inspection, and regularly count, sort out and archive quality records;

    8. Responsible for classifying, sorting, statistical, and registering the inspection archives every month.

    General Worker

    Work Experience: Less than 1 year, Educational

    Requirements: No specific educational requirements.

    Job Description:

    (1) Responsible for the production and processing of watch straps and buckles, including assembly, processing, polishing, quality inspection, etc.
    (2) Ensure product quality meets standards and complete production tasks on time.
